Getting Help
Search the relevant documentation first:

When Contacting Support
Please provide the following information:
- Your name and contact email (university address preferred)
- Your username at the cluster (including prefix, e.g.
fr_) - Which cluster the question concerns
- When did the problem occur (date, time) and where (node, login node, etc.)
Both English and German are accepted. For the central ticket system, English is preferred.

The bwHPC initiative offers training for beginners and advanced users:
